Review of STaR Chart results, AEIS, and AYP results  - This will be a Job Embedded Professional Development  that takes place at the beginning of school and again at the end of school for reflection.
Teachers and Administrators will review the results of each report and determine the areas that DISD needs improvement in.  Campus staff and administrators will work with Instructional Technology Coordinator to create a plan to improve these areas using technology programs, apps, and equipment.

Development of Data and Technology Teams
Each campus will submit an individual that will be trained in Eduphoria and C-Scope on data analysis and technology implementation and use.  This individual will be trained thoroughly in these programs and become the point person for contact and support on each campus.

Implementing Technology in the Classroom Trainings
During the first week of teacher in-service, we will train teachers how to incorporate technology into the classroom as an integral part of learning.  We will show how to utilize useful websites, blogging, wikis, twitter, facebook, and technology equipment such as ipads to enhance the learning for students and differentiate instruction.
