Evaluation of Technology Action Plan
Professional Development/Training
Assessment Process
Review of STaR chart, AEIS, and AYP data
Review of this data will take place at the beginning of school, end of school, and the beginning of the following year to compare data.  Those involved will discuss any difference in results and how to improve the weak areas.  Continued communication will take place with teachers to ensure data is being applied to the classroom.
Development of Data and Technology Team
The Director of Curriculum and Instruction, along with district coordinators will meet monthly with the Data teams to discuss progress on the campuses.  Teacher surveys will be conducted as needed.
Implementing Technology into the Classrooms
The campus administrators and district administrators will conduct campus walkthroughs to receive snapshots of the use technology in the classrooms.  Walkthrough observations will be submitted into Eduphoria and other resources to create graphs to display the strengths and weakness of technology in the classroom.  Meetings will be conducted with teachers to discuss results and how to improve.
